Who we are

The websites pronadlan.info and he.pronadlan.info (the “site”) are operated by ProNadlan — a Cyprus real estate advisory service (Limassol, Cyprus). Data controller: Alex Waxman, alex@waxman.pro. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

What data we collect

• Contact form data: name, phone, email and the content of your inquiry — only what you provide when submitting a request.
• Anonymised visit statistics: Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loaded via the Google Tag Manager (GTM) tag-management system. GA4 and its analytics cookies are activated only after you consent in the cookie banner; no analytics requests are sent before consent. No name, phone, email or inquiry text is sent to GA4. GTM is only a tag manager; it does not itself collect statistics.
• Settings on your device: interface language, theme and accessibility toolbar preferences. These are stored locally in your browser (cookies / localStorage) and are not transmitted to us.

Why we use the data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide a consultation.
• To improve the site and its content based on anonymised statistics.

Where inquiry data goes

A submitted inquiry is stored in our CRM (Notion) and a backup spreadsheet (Google Sheets), and we receive a Telegram notification. These services are used solely to process your request. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal basis and retention

We process inquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain communication history, or until you request deletion. Analytics data (GA4) is processed on the basis of your separate consent, which you can withdraw or change at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer; GA4 event data is retained for 14 months.

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion — write to alex@waxman.pro. We will respond within 7 business days.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
