Blackpine

Blackpine is an intimate mountain development in Prodromos, the highest village of Cyprus (1,450 m above sea level) in the Troodos range, Limassol District: pine-covered slopes, fresh air, snowy winters with ski access and cool pine-scented summers; the facilities of the legendary Berengaria hotel are nearby, Limassol and Nicosia are under an hour away and the sea is 37 km. The project comprises two low-rise blocks of 13 apartments and 5 detached houses: clean architectural lines, dark zinc-clad façades and expansive glazing, integrated into the forest landscape. One- to three-bedroom apartments (A302 and A303 are two-level units), with apartments A101–A103 adding 32–38 m² auxiliary rooms on the entrance level; two- and three-bedroom houses on plots of 108–317 m². Every unit comes with a parking space, and all have water underfloor heating and concealed air conditioning. The completion date has not been announced yet.

Finishes (Elegance specification): an earthquake-resistant reinforced-concrete frame, external walls with thermal insulation and zinc cladding; parquet in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, stone in the bathrooms, non-slip tiles on the verandas; thermal aluminium double-glazed windows, EU-made interior doors, built-in wardrobes and kitchen with a white engineered-stone countertop and marble splashback; European sanitary ware (soft-closing built-in toilets, washbasins with vanity units, bathtubs and showers with screens); water underfloor heating and concealed A/C units; apartments add a reinforced fire-rated (30 min) entrance door and a keypad video intercom.
