Eden Bay

Eden Bay (Seaview Residences in the price list) is a gated complex of five buildings with 88 apartments in Kato Paphos, the resort district of Paphos on the bay shore: opposite the Kato Paphos seafront, 600 m from the sea, within walking distance of Venera and Lighthouse beaches, the Old Town and the Aspire English School; a construction ban applies to the area across the road, so the panoramic sea views are here to stay. Flowing curved architecture inspired by the Mediterranean topography and coastline. Three residential floors per building: studios (37–42 m²), one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments (some with an extra study) and a single four-bedroom penthouse; top-floor units come with 80–141 m² roof terraces and private pools.
