Eden Coast

Eden Coast is a coastal development in Geroskipou, a suburb of Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus: 50 m from the sea, with Blue Flag beaches and their restaurants right by the complex, 7 minutes to Paphos city centre, 10 minutes to the airport and 15 to the marina. The masterplan comprises 13 low-rise blocks (A–M) and 38 villas. Phase 1 covers blocks A, E and M: two-bedroom apartments with covered and open verandas on the lower level, and three-bedroom penthouses with 115 m² roof terraces and private pools above.
