Eden Golf

Eden Golf (Golf Residences in the unbranded brochure) is a residential complex in Geroskipou, a suburb of Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus: 5 minutes to Rikkos and Geroskipou beaches and Elea Golf Club, 8 minutes to Paphos city centre, 10 minutes to the airport. The masterplan provides for 300 residences; phase 1 is six three-storey buildings (A–F) with 110 apartments: 11 studios, 49 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units. Three residential floors above covered parking with storage rooms and a lobby; every apartment has a covered veranda with sea, garden and golf-course views.
