Golfside (Pepper in the price list) is a gated resort-style community of 24 low-rise blocks with 456 apartments in Asomatos, a quiet, growing suburb in the south-west of Limassol: across the road is Limassol's first and only 18-hole golf course, and open landscapes stretch between the salt lake and Lady's Mile beach. Each block has three residential floors above covered parking: studios (about 35 m²), one-bedroom (50–55 m²) and two-bedroom (78–85 m²) apartments with covered verandas.
