Gravity is a Class A office building at the Pentadromos junction in the very heart of Limassol (Agia Zoni): steps from the Anexartisias shopping street and the Old Town, 700 m from the sea. Eight floors behind a distinctive facade of vertical louvers, concrete and glass — the louvers provide natural shading and energy efficiency (ESG-driven design). Structure: reinforced concrete, earthquake-designed to Eurocodes, brick external walls with thermal insulation. Common areas: marble tiles in the lobby, corridors and restrooms, tiles on the verandas, European chrome-finish sanitary ware with vanity units, EU-brand switches and sockets, hot and cold water in high-pressure pipes with an instant water heater, keypad intercom at the lobby entrance.
