Haven (listed as Highland Villas in the price list) is a gated community of 27 villas in Palodia, a prestigious hillside suburb of Limassol: 25 three-bedroom villas in two floor-plan types (141–146 m² plus verandas) and 2 five-bedroom villas (212 m², with a loft level), on plots from 202 to 501 m². Designed by a leading London architect: clean contemporary lines, two floors, a covered veranda and two parking spaces per villa. Residents get a clubhouse with a pool and gym, a children's playground and a gated perimeter. The Heritage and The Island international schools are nearby, Limassol city centre and the Troodos mountain villages are 20 minutes away. Completion May 2028.

Three-bedroom villas come with the smart finishes package: ceramic tile floors in living areas and bedrooms, ceramic tiles on bathroom floors and walls, melamine kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, high-standard sanitary ware, thermal aluminium double-glazed windows, a security fireproof entrance door, provisions for split A/C units in every room and 2.7 m ceilings.
