Rise

Rise (The Pinnacle in the brochure) is an 11-apartment residence (9 apartments and 2 penthouses) in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol's tourist district: a quiet residential street 700 m from the sandy beaches and the five-star The Royal Apollonia hotel, close to the restaurants, cafés and boutiques of Germasogeia. Three residential floors above covered parking plus a penthouse level: one-bedroom (57 m²) and two-bedroom (90–92 m²) apartments with covered verandas, and penthouses with private pools and roof terraces.
