Salt

Salt (Lake City in the unbranded documents) is a gated residential complex of six low-rise blocks with 105 apartments in Asomatos, a developing suburb on the western edge of Limassol: the new 18-hole golf course is across the road, the salt lake nearby, Lady's Mile beach 5 minutes away and the City of Dreams casino resort and MyMall a few minutes' drive. Two to three residential floors above covered parking in each block: studios (34 m²), one-bedroom (49–54 m²) and two-bedroom (83 m²) apartments with covered verandas, 2.7 m ceilings. Residents get a shared pool, a gym, a sauna, a kids' playground and landscaped gated grounds; designer finishes are included in the price. Completion November 2027.

Finishes: ceramic tiles in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and on the verandas; melamine-finish interior doors, wardrobes and kitchen cabinets with an artificial-granite countertop, tiled backsplash and stainless-steel sink; 30-minute fire-rated entrance door, thermal-break frames with double glazing, sanitary ware with chrome fittings and vanity-unit basins, provision for split A/C units in all rooms, solar collectors with a hot-water cylinder and electric element, keypad intercom at the lobby entrance; 2.7 m ceilings.
