Sense

Sense (Palms Residence in the documents) is a two-block residence of 44 apartments in Agios Tychonas, the heart of Limassol's tourist area: 250 m from the sandy beaches, a 2-minute walk from the Four Seasons and its restaurants. Architecture by a renowned London practice, sea and mountain views. Five residential floors above covered parking: studios (45 m²), one-bedroom (55 m²), two-bedroom (80–95 m²) and three-bedroom (105–120 m²) apartments with covered verandas, and top-floor penthouses with private pools and terraces. Residents get an outdoor pool, a gym and yoga room, a sauna and steam room; every apartment has 3.15 m ceilings, water underfloor heating and VRV air conditioning, plus its own storage room and covered parking.
