Spirit (Parkside Residences in the brochure) is a gated 11-apartment residence (9 apartments and 2 penthouses) in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol's tourist district: a quiet residential street 800–900 m from the sandy beaches and the five-star The Royal Apollonia hotel, a 10-minute walk to the seafront, bars and restaurants. Three residential floors above private parking plus a penthouse level: one-bedroom (56 m²) and two-bedroom (87–90 m²) apartments with covered verandas, and penthouses with private pools and generous roof terraces.
