Synergy

Synergy (Harmony Villas in the price list) is a large gated family community of 89 villas in Oroklini, Larnaca's touristic district: 300 m from the sandy beaches, 10 minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes to Larnaca International Airport. Two-storey villas with 3 and 4 bedrooms (152–182 m² plus verandas; the four-bedroom villas and some three-bedroom ones add an attic room), each with a private garden with a BBQ area, two parking spaces, a storage room and a photovoltaic system; some villas have a private pool. Residents get a clubhouse, a gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a sauna, a communal pool, a co-working area and two green zones with playgrounds and sports facilities.
