ZAYA RESIDENCES

ZAYA RESIDENCES (listed as ZAYA in the price list) is a boutique building of eight two-bedroom apartments in Universal, Paphos — a residential district between the coast and the historic town centre, 1.5 km from the beach (1.7 km to Alykes Beach) and 7.3 km from Paphos Airport. Three levels: two ground-floor apartments with covered and open verandas beside the landscaped courtyard and communal pool, plus parking and the entrance lobby; four apartments on the first floor and two on the second. All units are 75–82 m² with covered verandas, and apartments 103, 104, 201 and 202 have private roof gardens of 34–37 m² reached by a spiral staircase from the veranda. Lift; parking bays and storage rooms are allocated per apartment on the architectural plans. Off-plan, completion 30 September 2028, energy class A.
