ITHAKA Homes is a 27-apartment club house in Pyla, Larnaca's coastal district: 1.5 km from the sea, next to the UCLan Cyprus university campus. Two residential floors sit above a base level with open and covered parking and storage rooms; apartments with one, two and three separate bedrooms open onto an inner patio courtyard for residents. The roof has a shared garden with sun loungers, a BBQ area, reading spots and views of the sea and sunsets; several first-floor apartments have their own gardens, and four second-floor apartments have private 40–46 m² roof terraces. Gated grounds, a children's playground, facade lighting and designer landscaping. According to the developer, residents can use the facilities of a five-star resort complex a 10-minute walk away: an outdoor pool, spa, gym, restaurants and shops. Completion September 2027.
Finishes: a Comfort Plus designer fit-out — custom-made built-in furniture, a fitted kitchen and bathrooms, considered lighting and textiles.
